Here there were opportunities to map out a scheme worthy of the scale and unique location of this 370 acre estate, perched high on a hill and surrounded by magnificent views.

A series of Moorish style stepped pools and rills exploit the fall of the land, there's a luxurious pool surrounded by ancient Live Oaks, shady woodland walks and extensive areas of exhuberant perennial planting with over 150 different species. Carefully selected local materials used throughout help to bind this new-build house to its landscape.
