In collaboration with BAB Architecture, MIX was tasked with creating a roof garden for the enjoyment of the residents of the 73 apartments. There is a pool, seating areas and garden all of which have views over the southern quarters of the city. 

Curved planters accommodate shrubs and grasses providing interest, enclosure and movement. Serving not just to delight visitors, the rooftop gardens also provide vital thermal insulation for the building and help to mitigate run-off.
