Green Park Business Park

The developer's objective was to transform this low-lying area of ​​poor agricultural land into a prominent business park and wildlife haven with great green credentials.

With a development potential of 198m2, this large site was to exploit its natural features of woodland and wetland to create a unique new working environment.

A five hectare lake, Longwater, was developed to manage substantial local flooding while cycle ways, paths and walking trails encourage office workers to enjoy the whole of the park in a healthy and sustainable way either for sport or leisure.

A diverse range of habitats attracts a wide variety of insects, mammals and especially birdlife. The lake teams with several different kinds of fish.
